Most products are made to order and therefore require 4-6 weeks for completion but please get in touch if you have a special occasion and we’ll try our best to expedite the order.

Any made-to-order items are non-refundable. For Levee Jewellery this is the majority of items.

We offer free UK delivery (except to NI, see why below). All items are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery which includes full tracking and insurance and requires a signature from the recipient or someone at your address.

Worldwide Delivery is £30.

Please note that delivery charges do not include import tax for overseas orders, any customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please check your local charges before placing your order.

Unfortunately, sales to the EU and Northern Ireland are not possible at the moment due to the updated GPSR compliance. As a small business we are currently looking into whether it’s viable to offer shipping to these countries so please do email contact@leveejewellery.com if you are interested in ordering a piece of LEVEE jewellery - this will help us to gauge interest and hopefully offer shipping there soon.
